After starting out as a mechanical engineer, Mark spent over a decade in London, where he gained experience across new industries — developing and refining his skills in management and sales roles within the catering, fitness, and banking sectors. Returning home to New Zealand, he found his passion in the property sector, spending nearly 15 years as a new home build consultant. During that time, he helped hundreds of clients turn their dream homes into reality, guiding them seamlessly through the process of building a new home designed to their personal requirements.

Having personally bought and sold multiple properties — including investment homes and a new build of his own — Mark understands the excitement, challenges, and emotional investment that come with property decisions.
